Professional Problem Solver & Leadership Crew @ Global, WM, and FP
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working and studying in parallel from 2007 to 2016, my parents (both C-Suite leaders) exposed me to strategic and entrepreneurial paradigms. Couple that with a delight for problem solving, learning, you'll find something that looks vaguely like me.
From the start of my career til date, my hunger to learn, question, and improve has been endless.
That journey has led me into expanding capabilities in:
- values based culture and team management
- strategy and operationss across an org,
- client care and project governance,
- team facilitation and development,
- partnerships outreach and support,
- and acting as a knowledge hub.
Which usually means designing an elaborate to-do list, making sure goals are met, removing blockers, and developing others.
Oddly, I seem to give people a sense of safety and confidence in my ability to navigate chaos, connect the dots, and build structure. These delightful people have me juggling roles across:
1) Global: the founder handed the mantle to me so she could set up a new company (Frank Plowman)
2) Frank Plowman: she promptly enlisted my support in strategy and finance
3) WildMon: where the passion to solve big biodiverisity and conservation problems is nurtured
4) and because that's not enough, I show up for founders, startups, and people when they need a hand
If you don't hear from me, then I'm likely in conversation with my dog about the economy, neurodiversity, systems of oppression, and the double edged sword of explosive tech and AI. Or napping because I forgot to work on my latest coursera specialization.
Intensely passionate about intersectional environmentalism, animals, and uplifting youth.
Connect to discuss ideas, initiatives, and/ or discuss new ways to live since we share a floating space rock with unique and diverse people.
Still struggling to connect? Then I recommend starting with how I can support you or something important to you. Let's humanize our interactions :)
Happiness is part of the journey, not the outcome.
