1. Leading an international team of more than 65 people, ensuring remote work discipline and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
2. Preparing/Reviewing Technical specifications for new projects, while also implementing security protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
3. Leading projects from inception to completion, actively engaging with customers to provide regular updates on project progress and gather feedback.
4. Development of training and certification material for Team members, including facilitating workshop
