My trademark, “The Tree” organizational structure, a leadership philosophy and operating model supported by solid ethical and humanistic values, created to promote collaboration, autonomy, growth, and interconnected leadership instead of rigid corporate hierarchies. It has become part of the cultural foundation behind many of our teams and ventures. I’m also passionate about entrepreneurship, AI, innovation, equity of opportunities, inclusion and the future of work. That passion led me to launch GeniusSpectrum.com, a platform designed to create more accessible and inclusive job opportunities for neurodiverse professionals through technology, community, and global collaboration. Outside of business, I enjoy traveling, mentoring, exploring new cultures, building meaningful relationships, and designing a lifestyle centered around freedom, creativity, family, and purpose.
