Masters and CIPD qualified HR professional with over four years solid grounding in HR looking at the next level of career development as a HR Professional in a dynamic HR team and working towards my Prince 2 qualification. In my previous HR roles, I have been responsible for providing high quality HR support to managers and employees. This involves coaching and supporting managers to enable them to effectively manage their workforce.
