Starting my career as an IT sourcer, I steadily grew into leadership roles, including Technical Recruiter, Team Lead, Account Lead, and now Delivery Manager. My expertise in full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to onboarding, combined with strong budget management and P&L oversight, has driven consistent results for our clients.
