I am a happy person with a beautiful family. Adriana is my wife, Mate and Camila are my children, with whom I live and enjoy every day, and to whom I am lucky to instill to be positive, confident, and creative people. I enjoy reading, especially about science and human behaviour, and a little about politics. I like the countryside and hiking in the mountains. I consider myself a person who is always looking for changing or doing things differently, I constantly see how to improve the things both at home and at work. In the professional field, I am System's Engineer, with more than 10 years of experience managing individual projects as well as managing large portfolios and programs of projects in local companies and multinationals in the banking, technology, industry, services, retail, among others. Additionally, I have more than 8 years of experience managing Information and Communication Technology Areas, including units: Software Development, Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, IT Planning, Projects, Pre-sales and Post-Sales, among others. I am an achievement-oriented person, as evidenced by the fulfilment of objectives and budgets assigned in the different companies in which I have worked, awards and recognitions for individual and team performance; being the key factors for fulfilment: leadership, vision, planning, team working, efficiency, innovation, and collaboration. I have led work teams of around 80 people, responsible for the planning and execution of technology areas and projects with budgets of around 30 million dollars per year, in companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Uniplex Systems, Spyral Software & Consulting, Servicio de Rentas Internas, Ministerio de Gobierno, among others. I have international certifications such as PMP, SCRUM, ITIL, APACHE SPARK, among others; as well as an important training in the technical and managerial field, my last master's degree is in Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics (Big Data), with which, I also seek to support to the companies to analyse their data to extract knowledge and monetise it, using innovative platforms and tools such as Spark, Hadoop, Aws, among others.
