As the Growth Manager at iHunt, I am responsible for the growth of the company in every term:
1- Strategy design & execution,
2- Product roadmap & definition,
3- Pricing & sales strategy (B2B),
4- Marketing strategy and execution (SEM, Display, retargeting, email-
marketing campaigns, alliances, business development, etc. using tools like
Adroll, Zapier, Pipedrive, OneSignal, etc.),
5- Community building (recruiters network),
6- Corporate development (valuation and funding)
7- Market diversification (distribution agreements and soft-landing throughout Latam)
Building from scratch the largest crowd-recruitment platform in Latam
(with +1,1K recruiters), attracting companies to run pilots in key areas and negotiating recurring deals
