I'm Sebastian Yepes, most of my experience is related to customer service, I started working for AT&T when I was 19 years old, then, one of the most relevant experiences I had was working for Fitbit as tech support for the Fitness trackers via Email, calls and chat, participating in a development program to gather information and experience to become either supervisor, quality analyst or customer satisfaction analyst.
After this I have the opportunity to explore my abilities in a new field, starting as an accounting assistant for United Parcel Services, and then being promoted to external relationships analyst.
