With a proven solid experience in HR management, and currently as People and Culture Manager at The 8Agency, where I have had the privilege of creating an HR area from scratch, designing innovative processes and leading a Talent & Acquisition team. Our mission is to drive a leadership and cultural transformation program that extends across multiple countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Spain.
