Senior UX/UI Engineer (Design Engineer) — B2B SaaS, CRM/ERP & Human–Agent Systems · Design systems in code: tokens, Storybook, React/TypeScript

I am a Senior UX/UI Engineer who turns ambiguous 0→1 product ideas and fragmented operations into execution-ready systems. Before screens, I map workflows, roles, decisions, states, permissions, and business rules, then establish the design-system and implementation rules that carry the work through delivery with Product and Engineering.
At Agentic Dream, I started fully dedicated to Repfabric. I then split each day between Repfabric and Avanto's Orderbahn → Strata before transitioning fully to Strata. Across both client engagements, I was the sole designer. On Avanto, I inherited an existing platform with shipped modules and a design system, improved the live product, and led Orderbahn's evolution into Strata — from managing documents to executing actions.
On Strata, I designed the action layer for enterprise accounts including CBRE and Bank of America. I narrowed 14 identified users to the 3 driving adoption, improving SLA compliance by +40% and throughput by +40%, resulting in -30% operational delays. On Repfabric, I scoped a 20-role, 12-module CRM/ERP to the sales rep driving adoption, removing ~85% of legacy functionality while keeping the live build stable. I designed the Salesforce data-sync mapping; Engineering implemented the integration.
I work from research through workflow mapping, roles, states, permissions, and implementation-ready decisions. Figma is the collaborative surface for exploration and client iteration; semantic tokens map one-to-one into code, and I deliver a versioned Storybook that frontend teams build from. This increased delivery velocity by +35% on Strata.
I use a three-tier AI Automation Maturity Framework to sequence adoption safely. On Strata, L2 shipped to production for bounded prioritization and routing; L3 was designed and deliberately held back — never deployed or active — until audit trails and permission scopes can safely remove human review.
I’m deepening this work toward AI / Super Intelligence (SI)-ready human–agent systems design: workflows, implementation contracts, and decision boundaries that let people and agents work from the same operational rules.
Separately, I researched, designed, built, deployed, and tested sebastianbalderas.com with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, including retrieval routing and guardrails for its conversational AI agent. In client engagements, I design and govern implementation contracts while Engineering owns production implementation.
