I use a three-tier AI Automation Maturity Framework to sequence adoption safely. On Strata, L2 shipped to production for bounded prioritization and routing; L3 was designed and deliberately held back — never deployed or active — until audit trails and permission scopes can safely remove human review.
Ownership
Sole designer across two client engagements at Agentic Dream: Avanto (Orderbahn → Strata) and Repfabric. I improved an operating design system, built new capability, and led Strata’s evolution from a system that manages documents to one that executes actions.
Measurable Impact
Strata serves enterprise accounts including CBRE and Bank of America. I improved SLA compliance by +40% and throughput by +40%, resulting in -30% operational delays. I scoped 14 identified users down to the 3 driving adoption. At Repfabric, I scoped a 20-role, 12-module CRM/ERP down to one persona, removing ~85% of legacy functionality. Designed the Salesforce data-sync mapping; engineering implemented the integration.
Systems & Delivery
I work from research through workflow mapping, roles, states, permissions and implementation-ready decisions. Figma is the collaborative surface for exploration and client iteration; semantic tokens map one-to-one into code, and I deliver a versioned Storybook that frontend teams build from. This increased delivery velocity by +35%.
