I’ve spent my career connecting strategy to execution and ideas to outcomes.
Along the way, I’ve learned that the best organizations are built on clarity, adaptability, and trust.
Clarity focuses effort by defining the real problem we’re solving. Adaptability keeps us learning and moving between the big picture and the work itself. Trust lets people move fast and make confident decisions. What moves it all forward is a balance of curiosity to explore what’s next and the discipline to make it real.
I’m the co-founder of Winter, a consulting and technology-services firm helping enterprises use emerging technologies, especially AI, to express business strategy. My work spans strategy, operations, and organizational systems, helping technology and human systems evolve together. I’m responsible for Winter’s differentiating IP: a strategy team of AI agents that continuously map where clients can create new value.
Winter grew out of 358 Futures, a venture studio I helped launch to explore new service models in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud. It reinforced my belief that AI is reshaping the economics of technology: erasing boundaries between software and services and changing how companies build and deliver value.
My career has been intentionally cross-disciplinary. I trained as a computer engineer, started in consulting at PwC, and learned how technology, risk, and strategy intersect. That systems mindset shaped everything that followed.
At Cognizant, I built Accelerator, an internal innovation division that grew to a billion-dollar business. It is proof that large organizations can reinvent themselves from within. Later, as COO of a $5B digital business, I applied that same curiosity with operational discipline, helping a mature organization get fit for growth.
I’ve also led from the other side of the growth curve. As Chief Revenue Officer of a global digital-talent platform, I helped scale revenue from $250M to $675M in three years. Each role taught a new dimension of how technology and people create value—from engineering and operations to sales and transformation. I’ve come to see that range as my edge. It’s how I connect strategy to execution, and ideas to outcomes.
