As the Chief of Staff at multiple high-growth organizations, I leverage my MBA and MA degrees, as well as my extensive experience in global operations, global finance, M&A, strategy development, and change management, to drive growth and innovation. I have over 20 years of complex and globally dispersed organizational leadership experience, with a proven track record of optimizing the un-optimizable, navigating ambiguity, and motivating cross-functional teams.

I am passionate about renewable energy and its implementation into large scale markets, and I have a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends. I am also an avid networker and connector, always eager to learn from and support others in their professional and personal journeys. Outside of work, I am a proud husband and father of four, combat veteran, and avid swimmer/weightlifter. I enjoy spending time in the mountains, tackling home improvement projects, and navigating the heat of south Texas.
