Coming from a background in Customer Support, Operations, and Sales, I've always been drawn to understanding and assisting users. This innate empathy and fascination with user needs led me to embark on a journey of transition. I realized that my skills and experiences could be channeled into a field where I could also shape their experiences in a more impactful way. By combining my background in customer-centric roles with design principles, I aim to create intuitive and user-friendly solutions with UI/UX design that address real-world needs and make a difference in people's lives.
