Sarah Asif

I manage innovation, technology, and global growth at RPP — the company I've chosen to build my entire career with. My work spans two of RPP's flagship brands: Aric Water (premium Norwegian mineral water scaling across GCC markets) and Macrostellar (AI-powered digital innovation). I oversee cross-functional project delivery, strategic planning, and market execution — making sure what we build meets the highest standards and reaches the right markets. What I manage: Strategic roadmap and milestone delivery across RPP's product portfolio Cross-continental project execution spanning 25-country operations Stakeholder alignment between technology, operations, and business teams Production scaling and operational growth for Aric Water Innovation pipeline and product development for Macrostellar I'm also pursuing a BS in Computer Science at Harvard University, specializing in AI and software engineering — not to pivot careers, but to deepen the technical edge I bring to RPP's mission. My belief: The best careers aren't built by jumping ships. They're built by going deeper into something that matters. RPP is that something for me.
