I design content that turn complex, often abstract AI governance principles into human-centred, trustworthy user experiences. My mission is to ensure that advanced AI is not only usable but responsibly framed for diverse global audiences. I collaborate with a diverse team of designers, developers, researchers, and product managers to drive a cohesive end-to-end content experience that moves clients through every phase of their product journey and drives their actions.
My core competencies include researching and designing content based on user scenarios and use cases, understanding personas, delivering content for design iterations, developing and clarifying UI terms, actively contributing to design reviews, and conducting user testing and research to validate content. I have also led and contributed to projects on AI ethics-centred technical documentation, showcasing my skills in project management, communication, and innovation. My interests lie in narrative design, discourse and persuasion, UX, HCI, and AI design ethics.
