    This study presents an analytical exploratory model to understand the significance of impact of public colleges that continued to offer all-in-person education during the pandemic. Through this analysis, this study aims to understand the impact of students’ mobility on the spread of in COVID-19. Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in American colleges, the majority of institutions assumed that it was most appropriate if they remain all online classes to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. Using open data, we have collected total cases of COVID-19 per county, total COVID-19 cases per colleges and calculated percentages of students cases in each all-in-person vs online college offerings respectively. This study contributes to novel findings
