• Medical Scheduling and contacting MA's, Nurses, Triage Nurses, and Providers to better assist patient's
as well as other offices, providers and insurance companies. Answer to urgent labs, home care orders,
medication refills and interpreting when necessary.
• Assist other other agents with questions. Craning new agents.
• Work with the following scheduling systems Citrix, Nextgen, Intergy, Dentrix, Credible, Centricity
practice solution 12, and infinity telephone agent system and microsoft office.
• Handle about 40-80 calls a day, fast pace environment.
