I work across HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, with a strong interest in how people and processes come together.My experience includes managing recruitment end-to-end, alongside payroll, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, reimbursements, and day-to-day HR operations. I’ve also managed hiring requirements for TCS, Accenture, and Wipro, working across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.What I enjoy most about HR is the operational side bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to processes while keeping the human element at the centre.I’m building my career at the intersection of people, operations, and organisational culture.
