Welcome to this space! ✨ My name is Sandra, I am a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Piura (Lima Campus) and I have specialized in the area of Recruitment and Selection, specifically in the IT industry. I have had the opportunity to administer and manage the entire recruitment and selection cycle from my first work experience, as well as the induction and training of personnel. I work efficiently, implementing and developing personalized and innovative strategies in order to achieve the established goals and to be able to find the ideal candidate who is capable of fulfilling all the requirements of the position. I consider myself a creative, audacious person with great facility for teamwork, promoting activities that motivate people to act in a collaborative and synchronized way, applying charismatic and transformational leadership. In the professional field, I seek to recruit the best talent for the positions that are assigned to me, having an adequate approach with the candidates from the first communication until the end of the process, in such a way that I can generate a good rapport with them and a connection is generated that gives them confidence to continue the process in its entirety. My goal as a professional is to help other people find a job in a company that allows them to develop their maximum potential, in which they feel comfortable and can have a good balance between their personal and professional lives, generating meaningful connections, based in trust and respect.
