Sandra Bysack- fierce people leader with 12yrs+ of HR experience in the digital media & advertising industry.

A commerce graduate, I started my journey as a receptionist, took up roles & responsibilities in managing the front desk, setting up a process-driven HR department & finally becoming the HR Leader of India’s global affiliate marketing company – vCommission Media.

While creating success stories through members' journeys from 20 people to 150+ employees in the group organisation, I have been awarded as the:

I have led people functions in performance marketing networks, digital marketing, eCommerce, product & SaaS technology set-ups.
