Salvador is founder and Managing Partner at Delta Top Talent, a 31 years old Executive Search and Assessment Firm composed by five partners and six associates. Delta has been recognized as one of the top ten premium Executive Search in Mexico by three of the top International Executive Search Associations. DTT represents in México and Latin America LUMINA LEARNING, the worldwide leader of premier selection and development assessment tools.
He began his professional career at IBM Mexico, where he worked in different executive positions in the Sales, Marketing and Human Resources areas. Later on, he was Sales Director at Apple Computer Mexico and then became co-founding partner and Vice-President of Grupo Qualita (largest corporate reseller of HP and Microsoft in Mexico at the time; with a workforce of more than 1,200 people) where he was responsible for the Business Units related with Software Development, IT Training and IT Technical Service, leading a team of over 250 associates.
Salvador has a BA in Business ITAM/CENEVAL and was a participant at IPADE Business School program for General Managers AD 2. He took part in the "Leading Professional Service Firms" at Harvard Business School. A participant in the second generation of IPADE Board Members Certification (Consejeros en Acción) He has been certified by various international organizations as a Leader’s Assessment Sr Consultant. He is a COPARMEX proud associate and since January 2024 President of the COPARMEX Human Development National Committee.
