• Assist users with applications such as Adobe, Microsoft 2010/2013/2016 Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
• Upgrade or replace malfunctioning hardware for servers, desktops and laptops.
• Participate in monthly meetings with the IT department to check status of current projects and discuss future goals and products that would benefit the company.
• Provide technical support for 300+ users using a ticketing system(SysAid) to keep track of progress and alert users of cases that have been resolved.
• Configure new user accounts in Microsoft Exchange 2007/2013 and Active Directory.
• Configure iPhones and other smart phones with corporate email.
• Use Kaseya and TeamViewer to remotely access client workstations or laptops
