My work centers on supporting MSMEs and regional clusters as they transition from ICE to electric vehicles through EV value-chain analysis, cluster-level transition planning, and workforce and skilling development. I have worked closely with state governments, OEMs, skilling agencies and industry associations to translate technical knowledge into practical policy inputs, Common Facility Centers upgradation plans, and localization strategies that promote domestic EV manufacturing and ensure an equitable transition for firms and workers.
