(Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Event Management). • Provide general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITFM and other ServiceNow applications • Experience in Email Integration, LDAP integration, External Web Services Integration (both SOAP based and REST based) in ServiceNow, JDBC Data Loads. • Hands on experience with Implement and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet the business processes and support ITIL. • Open-Source JavaScript Library: jQuery (Core, Selectors, Attributes, Traversing, Manipulation, CSS, Events, Effects, AJAX, Utilities, Internals) and Angular JS (Tables, XML HTTP Request, Forms, Modules, Input Validation). • Expertise with the concepts of CMDB and Asset Management Services: Business Services and Configuration item relationships. • Experience gathering and documentation of requirements, acceptance criteria and other artifacts using the SDLC application in ServiceNow. • Excellent presentation skill and with experience in conducting ITSM functional workshops. • Experience with Asset Management (HAM/SAM). • Experience in Service Management and Service Delivery Process. (ITIL Frame Work). • Worked on ServiceNow discovery to identify configuration items (CI) and populate them in CMDB. • Hands on experience with Single Sign on, LDAP, Mid Server. • Expertise with ITBM and ITOM processes mostly Asset, Discovery and CMDB experience. • Hands-on experience with ITAM asset management modules.
