In terms of my education, I completed my secondary education at the Comfenalco School in Cartagena, Colombia. I hold a degree in Tourism and Hotel Business Administration from Unicolombo, as well as a degree in Tourism and Hotel Service Management. Additionally, I obtained a B2 level certification in English from the Colombo American Center, completed a professional music course at the Comfenalco School of Music, and completed an Introduction to HTML and CSS course through Google. I also completed an Excel course.
I have gained valuable work experience throughout my career. I worked as an Agent/Trainer at for Amazon UK and as trainer lead in Amazon ES, where I have been since May 2020. Prior to that, I worked as an Operation Manager at Armstrong Transport Group from October 2019 to April 2020. I also worked as an Account Executive at Media Marketing for two months. I have experience as a Service Agent at several airlines, including Delta Airlines, KLM Dutch Airlines, AirTransat, Air Canada, Aeromexico, and Avianca SA. I also worked as a Business Center Assistant at Hotel Almirante Cartagena and worked as a Sales
Assistant at Joyeria Doria.
