Executed bioassays alongside three undergraduate researchers focused on Emerald Ash Borer
(EAB) beetles to help in monitoring a growing nation-wide infestation estimated to have cost the United States $10.7 billion by 2019.
• Collaborated with a graduate student in data collection on Ash tree distribution along inland water
systems to determine the effect that millions of tree deaths to EAB beetles had on aquatic
microbial communities.
