AI Growth Partner making coaching & consulting businesses run without their founders
Chiang Mai, Thailand
I didn't grow up around business books or tech. I grew up in Italy. At 17 I went to a New Year's Eve party so badly organised that one thought hit me: if I'm going to show up to an event, I want to be the one who runs it. That instinct became everything. At 18 I started organising my own events through High School and University. It wasn't glamorous. But it taught me how to create demand from nothing, how people move, and why systems matter more than excitement. At 23 I moved to Australia with a one-way ticket. I worked my way up to running a small restaurant to earn a permanent visa, in a country where I saw opportunity. Long hours. Real responsibility. Steady progress. At 29 I was told the place was shutting down. My visa depended on that job. Everything I had built disappeared overnight. That was the moment it clicked: if I didn't build systems for my own life, I would always be living inside someone else's. At 30 I went all in on learning. Marketing. Operations. Psychology. Systems. AI. Anything that could help me build something of my own. Later that year I became a founder behind a high-ticket coaching business. I shaped the processes, fixed what was broken, and helped scale it past $3M with 15,000+ clients. And I kept seeing the same pattern. Most founders don't struggle because of a lack of leads. They struggle because the business isn't built to hold growth. Too manual. Too reactive. Too dependent on the founder. The result is always the same: more people, more tools, more things to watch, less control. Building systems has always come naturally to me. It doesn't for most people, and that's exactly why I enjoy this work bringing order to something that feels overwhelming. The most valuable lessons of my life didn't come from school. They came from the InfoBusiness world. It taught me more about freedom and real transformation than any classroom could. Today I run BeaverMind, the AI growth partner for coaching and consulting founders. We install AI infrastructure across sales, delivery, and operations on top of what already works, never to replace the humans who make it work. The goal is simple: build a business that runs without the founder in the room. The same instinct that made me want to run that first chaotic party still drives the work today. Building businesses that run without their founders, and giving founders back their freedom.
