I have a strong background in employee benefits, HR policies, management, job description development, and recruitment, and I am skilled in handling grievances and employee relations issues.

I am also proficient in using Workday, a leading cloud-based HR software, and I have earned the Workday HR All Star Certification in June 2019. This certification demonstrates my ability to use Workday's features and functionalities to support Fugro's HR operations, such as payroll, performance management, talent acquisition, and analytics.
