I am Senior Information Technology Support Engineer, with more than 12 years of experience. I provide user support in English, Portuguese and Spanish through tickets such as Invgate, ServiceNow, slack, Jira, conuence, live chat, emails and calls. I receive calls from users and teams from other areas of the company with which we work together, recording and resolving incidents. Investigation, documentation and escalation of incidents to higher levels of support for those problems that could not be solved with the resources available from my sector. I provide training, advice to customers on the most recommended updates in relation to their needs. Maintenance of servers and Windows Server environment.
