    "Doula de Cabeceira" is a social impact project that helps pregnant individuals build a personalized birth plan through an AI-powered chatbot. Integrated with OpenAI’s API, the platform guides users in a friendly conversation, sending educational videos and collecting user preferences to form a complete birth plan, delivered by email. This project promotes health equity by democratizing access to childbirth education and empowering people to make informed decisions about their birth experiences. The system is built with TypeBot and a couple of OpenAI assistants, and uses Wordpress, Docker and Amazon SES for small features of the customer experience. I was in charge of the architectural design, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents orchestration, an
