As an IT Support Specialist, I was responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of users, which included preparing laptops, configuring standard account access in Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID, and setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). I managed user creation in AD and Entra ID, including permission management via security groups. I diagnosed and troubleshot a variety of hardware and software issues on laptops, addressing problems ranging from DNS errors to Outlook and Exchange Online mailbox management, as well as printer configurations. My role also involved identity and access management in Entra ID, where I modified Conditional Access Policies (CAPs) to accommodate users with special circumstances not covered by standard
