As an IT Support Specialist, I was responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of users, which included preparing laptops, configuring standard account access in Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID, and setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). I diagnosed and troubleshot a variety of hardware and software issues on laptops, addressing problems ranging from DNS errors to Outlook and Exchange Online mailbox management, as well as printer configurations.
