I still remember those bright green characters and a squared shaped blinking prompt over a black background in a huge monochromatic monitor, that was the first time I had a computer for my personal use during a BASIC programming language course...And from there on, now I can say that such moment was the beginning of my profession… I got fascinated by how a computer could do such amazing things like text processing and numbers calculation, among other wonderful things. At that time, little I knew how far this would go, so, a little bit later, I firmly decided to formally study Computer Science, which led me to change my career path from attending Medicine School to going to Computer Science Engineering College.After getting graduated, I developed my career on different jobs and roles of increasing complexity and responsibilities, performing positions like Team Leader, Application Support Analyst, Project Manager and Developer. I acquired working experience in cross-geographical teams, doing software development and deployment using Agile methodology, also, I worked for projects where system supporting, impact assessment, action planning and task delegation was critical.I learned to prioritize, organize, delegate and negotiate actions and resources, and also, I modeled myself to be flexible and positive responding to changing situations and scenarios.If you make me part of your team, I will take full ownership of your processes and activities, and I will make sure they are executed with the most quality and diligence possible, so I can add significant value to your business.Industry domains I have working experience on: Middleware Services (Compass USA), Enterprise Infrastructure (Morgan Stanley), Investment Banking (Morgan Stanley), Core banking (HSBC) and Telco (Telefonica Movistar).
