In my role as a DevOps engineer at Ditech Group, I have been actively involved in the ING Bank project, contributing to the observability area and taking responsibility for performing daily tasks such as: troubleshooting kubernetes, docker, graphana, prometheus, elastic and azure devops. Configuring kubernetes instances and applications in openshift; creating and modifying dashboards in graphana; modifying and creating prometheus queries; updating, configuring, creating panels, and modifying panels in elastic; modifying and executing pipelines in azure devops; modifying and creating repositories in azure repos; loading and deleting artifacts in azure artifacts. Implementation of kubernetes images in openshift. Other tasks related to the observability area of the bank. I have previously participated in online banking and telecommunications projects for large global companies in the IT sector, including Sophos Solutions and Indra. I have experience working with a range of technologies, including Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, AWS, Azure DevOps and others. My role involved process automation, service integration, performance optimization, and test implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. I have a track record of improving efficiency, security and customer satisfaction, having been recognised as the best collaborator of the month and exceptional collaborator of the semester on multiple occasions. I am currently in my final year of a Systems Engineering degree at the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) in Colombia. During this course, I have gained expertise in the design, analysis, implementation and management of information systems. Furthermore, I hold a Technology in Analysis and Development of Information Systems from the National Learning Service (SENA), and have completed numerous courses on platforms such as Udemy, which have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the tools I have utilised on various projects. My professional objective is to continue developing my skills and expertise, both in my professional and personal growth, in order to bring value and innovation to the projects I undertake. I am driven by a passion for solving complex problems through creative and collaborative approaches, and I am motivated by the positive impact I can generate through my work.
