I’m an HR leader with 25+ years of experience building HR functions, scaling organizations, and implementing HR technology. Over the last decade, I’ve built entire HR systems from the ground up — Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Performance, C&B, Compliance and People Operations.
My strength lies in combining structured HR processes with modern HR tech. I’ve helped design an in-house PMS, competency architecture, and an AI-led ATS that scores resume and will automate the shortlisting workflow.
I’ve hired complete leadership teams (VPs and functional heads), driven quarterly performance cycles, built transparent rating systems, implemented PowerBI dashboards for metrics, and created data-led engagement frameworks.
I bring the execution discipline of the Indian Air Force and the agility of fast-growing tech companies — helping organizations scale with clarity, fairness, and accountability.
