- Perform customer onboarding activities and act as a “solutions expert” by helping customers achieve their objectives.
- Nurturing
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Renewals
- Proactively manage relationships with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and expansion of accounts (renewal, upsell, cross-sell). Product & Analytics (Domain knowledge and product enhancement)
