As the Founder & CEO of APMF Group (Pty) Ltd, I lead a consulting and technology business focused on Project & Programme Management, PMO & Governance, Digital Transformation, Business Improvement and Organisational Change Management.

With 12+ years of experience across project, programme and transformation environments, supported by credentials including PRINCE2, ITIL 4, P3O and Scrum, I have worked across complex corporate, public-sector and technology initiatives, helping organisations move from strategy and planning to practical execution.
At APMF, we combine consulting expertise with technology. We developed APMF 360, our customisable business management platform designed to connect functions such as CRM, sales, project and programme delivery, IT/ticketing, operations, workflows, dashboards and reporting in one connected environment.

My experience includes technology and digital transformation projects for leading South African enterprises, as well as programme governance and delivery oversight for a R123 million public-sector development programme.
