At Alice, I’m responsible for reviewing and implementing all processes within the authorization area, leading projects with strategic vision, analytical thinking and active listening. I map end-to-end workflows, define key performance indicators, standardize routines and build strong bridges between teams to ensure consistent and sustainable delivery. I hold a Master’s degree in Science from USP, with strong logical reasoning and a natural ability to simplify complexity.
