I’m an HR Manager passionate about creating people-centered workplaces where teams can thrive. I started my career as an HR staff, where I learned the foundations of supporting people and processes. Later, I transitioned to customer service and BPO supervision, where I honed my skills in communication, empathy, and operational leadership while managing diverse teams. These experiences shaped how I approach HR today: finding the right talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and fostering a positive culture that aligns people with the goals of the business.
