□ Having 4 years of NetApp Storage experience in production support environment. □ Work experience in 24x7 Production support on NetApp 7 mode and CDot. □ Providing support to multiple customers as shared delivery. □ Storage / Servers daily checks, critical Events, Storage & Server performance monitoring and health checkup. □ Responsible for Data ONTAP 7-mode operations including setting up Snapmirror, Snapvault, SnapManager, SMVI backups of VM's. □ Responsible for Clustered Data ONTAP operations, including creating volumes, qtrees, setting up namespaces, setting up and implementing Export Policies, setting up snapmirrors to DR site, and troubleshooting and escalating issues to NetApp when necessary. □ Proficient in the use of DFM/Operations Manager - configured to monitor filers and email alerts when thresholds are reached (% full aggrs/volumes/qtrees, loss of connectivity, performance highs/lows, latency). □ Implement NFS, CIFS and Security on filers across the Enterprise □ Resolving the Volume/Qtree space issues and Analysing the growth Rate. □ Ontap Upgrades. □ 7 Mode MTT for data Migration. □ Monitoring Alerts using Operation Manager and OnCommand Unified Manager. □ Performing pro-active health check-ups and providing recommendations to Respective Team. □ Experience in System Manager and providing technical support for the business users. □ Proficient in handling Storage activities related to Volume, Qtrees, Aggregate and Shares. □ Backup activities on SMVI, SMSQL. □ Snapmirror and Snapshots Scheduling. □ Recovering Files Using Snapshot Copies on NAS Environment □ Good Experience in making Capacity Utilization Reports.
