With 15 years in tech, covering AI, SaaS, and marketplaces (B2B, B2C), I've made my mark both in startups and established companies. Despite no prior experience in U.S. healthcare, I co-founded and led Oxygen Healthcare, exemplifying my ability to navigate uncharted waters with a product-first approach. After a successful exit, I reflected on my journey from product vision to execution, harmonizing product, engineering, design, and market strategy. Data-Driven Decision Making: Grounded in a culture influenced by co-founders, investors, industry leaders with significant exits to giants like Google, Oracle, Comcast, my decision-making process has always been evidence-based, reinforcing the emphasis on data-driven strategies. Vision & Execution Strategy: I spearheaded the evolution of an AI-driven EHR ( SAAS B2B) and patient-centric platform into a cutting-edge precision oncology system. Beginning with an initial telehealth vision, our platform transformed, becoming akin to a 'medical data Waze'. We not only supported distributed R&D via a SAAS model but also guided oncology patients towards precisely tailored treatment pathways. This ensured healthcare providers gained priceless insights. Our innovative approach not only enhanced personalized care but also accelerated breakthroughs in drug discovery. ProductOps Leadership, Market Fit & Adaptability: My tenure at Oxygen Healthcare was marked by full ownership of the product - from its initial conception to its launch, pivot, growth & maintenance. This transformative journey involved crafting product roadmaps, underpinned by intensive market research, relentless engagement with customers, and iterative product refinement, leading pivotal strategy, and making data-driven decisions. Our platform's success, underscored by the acquisition of Oxygen Healthcare by Perthera Inc., was a result of my relentless commitment to vision, risk management, and alignment with business objectives. Without prior experience in the U.S. healthcare sector, I dedicated myself to ensure our product's resonance with market needs. Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Collaboration with Cross-Functional Alignment: I advocate for a holistic product lifecycle strategy from ideation to launch. Through cross-functional collaboration, my efforts positioned our innovation at the forefront of the competitive U.S. healthcare landscape. A multifaceted stakeholder engagement strategy incorporated medical providers, patients, and researchers. Strategic Alignment, Operational Efficiency & KPI Management: Exercising direct oversight across eight core functional areas—Legal, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Product Ops, UX/UI, and HR—I specialize in harmonizing SalesOps, MarketingOps, and ProductOps within agile frameworks. My data-centric approach to KPIs seamlessly integrates with P&L and ROI goals, ensuring both performance measurement and alignment of short-term and long-term objectives.
