Knowledge and handling of ERP solutions (Ariba, SAP and JDE), ITIL Foundations certified, agile methodologies; also additional experience and knowledge about processes focused methodologies, and experience on ISO 9001:2000 implementation, strategic planning; strengthen by discipline, learning skills, team working, and constant improvement of competences.
