General Director in Mexico for MIDOT. I was responsible for the whole operation, managing P&L, and achieved 17% growth from previous year with a reduction in costs of 33% within allocated budgets. Our different clients, are the most important financial institutions in Mexico, Private security and other of massive recruitment. I started working for MIDOT Mexico in 2013, and since then we have been able to increase brand loyalty, through our new developed platform PODIUM.
In 2006 I joined Elsevier Publishing as an Account Manager. I was responsible for sales in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
My carreer developped strongly within Elsevier becoming quickly a Regional Director managing a portfolio of over 20 Millions in Latinamerica North, including Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador. I have 7 reportees and we cover all academic and governmental institutions.
