I’m Rafael Diaz, an Industrial and Systems Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in sales development and logistics. I’ve worked remotely with real estate and acquisitions teams in the U.S., where I built strong relationships with brokers and property owners, managed pipelines through CRMs like Salesforce and Outreach, and made sure deals kept moving forward. Before that, I coordinated logistics operations back home in Honduras, handling inventory, shipments, and warehouse planning with an eye for efficiency and detail. I’m skilled at building rapport, staying organized, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
