I started working on Ria as a Customer Care representative but I always wanted to grow and I had the opportunity to develop my career in data science . At first I started to participate in creating simple reports in Excel such as forecast and agent production. Then I was aware that we will going to implement a new tool "Power Bi" and I started to learn a lot about it. Now, we are developing dashboards connected in excel files or connected to a Datawarehouse so all these reports are automated.
