I also support organisations to make transformational change via my consulting services.From a young age, I was passionately curious about the workings of the mind and began formal studies in psychology in my late teens. I have continued my education both formally and informal to this day, and value to power of mindset to achieve almost any goal, career, dream or lifestyle.I am grateful for the career experiences and mentors that have led me to where I am today. After an early career in Retail, I started my journey in Human Resources, climbing the corporate ladder through roles in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning, Leadership & Organisational Development, Change Leadership, Project Management; ending in a substantial period of Executive Leadership, by which time the field of Human Resources had transformed to focus on People & Culture. My corporate career spanned private, not for profit & government organisations, in telecommunications, travel and employment services industries.My business leadership journey started in South America, managing an adventure travel company and was inspired by combining a lifetime passion for travel with my career.
