I studied Information Design — visual communication, data storytelling, user experience. But somewhere between graduation and now, I built one of the most valuable skill sets in social commerce: the ability to turn a TikTok creator network into a revenue machine.

Over the past 3.5 years I've gone from learning TikTok Shop from scratch to managing affiliate programs generating $1M+ in monthly GMV with 1,000+ active creators simultaneously. Not at a big agency with a large team behind me — remotely, systematically, and with processes I built myself from zero.

→ Tracking CTR, CVR, GMV per creator, GPM, and ROAS weekly — and using those numbers to make decisions, not just write reports
→ Managing creator relationships that actually last — because I treat creators as partners, not just content suppliers

What makes me different is the combination. Most people in this space are either operationally strong or relationship driven. I'm both — and my Information Design background means I think visually and systematically at the same time. My briefs are clear. My reports are digestible. My systems are built to be understood by everyone, not just me.

I've worked across beauty, wellness, health, and consumer product categories with fast growing DTC brands — bringing the same systems thinking and performance focus to every program I've managed.

I'm based in Haripur, Pakistan. I work fully remote. I've built everything above operating across time zones with global teams — which has made me someone who communicates proactively, documents obsessively, and never lets things slip through the cracks.
