I get handed the complicated ones.
The product that has to replace an entire human process. The rebuild nobody wants to touch because too many things depend on the old version. The AI feature that has to actually work — not just ship.
This is just Tuesday.
🔍 What that looks like:
I built Change Advisor to make Change Advisory Boards obsolete. Not streamline them. Replace them. Automated risk assessment, policy enforcement, approval orchestration — all inside the deployment pipeline. The committee meeting becomes the edge case.
I shipped AI Verify — bringing AI-powered intelligence into compliance and verification workflows that enterprises had been running manually for years. The kind of product where the trust bar is high, the margin for error is low, and "good enough" isn't a real option.
I've redesigned platforms that couldn't afford downtime. Built ecosystems around products that started as features. Closed the gap between what engineering ships and what customers actually needed.
🌍 One thing I won't negotiate on:
Understanding the problem better than anyone else in the room. Not because it's a competitive advantage — though it is — but because that's the only honest way to build something people will trust.
✨ Twenty years. DevOps, MDM, cloud infrastructure, AI. Enterprise customers, integration partners, C-suite stakeholders, and the engineers who have to build what I'm selling them on.
The through-line: I make complexity disappear for the person on the other side.
Hiding it well is the hardest part of the job. I've gotten good at it.
Let's talk.
