I’m a civil engineering graduate (NIE Mysore) turned Xactimate estimator, blending technical field knowledge with fast, accurate insurance-claim estimating. With experience across water mitigation, mold remediation, contents pack-outs, and structural demolition scopes, I prepare clear, defensible estimates that move claims toward quick approval and minimal disputes.
My foundation comes from an 8.2 CGPA in Civil Engineering, an Autodesk Revit certification, and hands-on skills in AutoCAD, Xactimate, Symbility and other estimating and drafting softwares. I interned at KERS in hydrology & hydraulics and completed a project on geopolymer concrete using sustainable industrial by-products — work that strengthened my understanding of materials, structures, and real-world problem-solving.
