Requirements and responsibilities


• Develop, maintain, and continuously seek to improve and automate call center processes. • Identify and initiate changes to help scale our call center operations. • Support implementation and migration to Genesys phone system; identify project risks and mitigation plans to drive a successful launch. • Assist in setting up outbound call campaigns focused on different segments of members eligible for Vida at no cost to the member. • Ensure smooth call routing for inbound phone calls. • Monitor standard call metrics, create custom metrics as needed, and determine areas of improvement. • Update call center staff training materials as changes are made to processes and tools. • Act as a resource for call center staff when questions about processes or tools arise. • Support leadership with additional projects, such as implementing a workforce management tool, development of specialized call campaigns, etc.
