Responsibilities and deliverables


About the Role We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be pivotal in providing strategic financial insights and support to our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product teams, driving performance, profitability, and growth. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales and Post-Sales leaders, providing comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support. * Develop detailed financial models and conduct in-depth analysis on sales productivity, customer retention, and post-sales efficiency initiatives. * Build and refine subscription revenue forecasts, tracking key metrics such as attrition, lifetime value (LTV), and revenue per customer. * Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate tracking of revenue, commissions, and departmental expenses during month-end and quarter-end close. * Identify process improvement opportunities and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably in a high-growth or data-driven environment. * Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and large-scale data analysis. * Proven track record in optimizing financial reporting processes and improving financial outcomes. * Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting tools, ideally Adaptive Insights. * Strong understanding of accounting processes related to monthly and quarterly close cycles. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or FinTech industries. * Prior collaboration with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on budgeting and performance analysis. * Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented, hybrid environment.
