We are currently seeking a diligent Paralegal to become an instrumental part of our legal team, reporting directly to TigerConnect’s General Counsel. This role offers the unique opportunity to support and strengthen TigerConnect’s legal support function, focusing on contract management, business support (e.g., sales, marketing, procurement), process improvement, and document template creation. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple business units, providing critical support on a variety of legal matters and special projects, with a keen focus on streamlining TigerConnect’s sales motion and go-to-market functions.
🔵 Requirements:
â—˝ 4-year degree in law or a legal support related field, or a 2-year Associate's degree with a Paralegal Certificate.
â—˝ Proven experience with contract drafting and negotiations.
â—˝ Experience working with CLM solutions, including implementation and maintenance.
â—˝ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
â—˝ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
â—˝ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with executive leadership.
â—˝ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
â—˝ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
â—˝ Independent, yet collaborative, mindset.
â—˝ A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
â—˝ Experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with IT-related legal issues preferred.
â—˝ Understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other privacy regulations, a plus.

â—˝ Draft, review, and revise legal documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
â—˝ Implement and manage a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution.
◽ Engage in contract negotiations, advocating for the company’s interests.
â—˝ Assess and advise on legal risks and business terms with respect to a variety of deals.
â—˝ Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
â—˝ Collaborate with different business units to streamline legal processes.
â—˝ Implement and manage process improvements, including CLM implementation and improvements.
â—˝ Support the legal team with special projects and ad hoc legal inquiries.
